Cerbras promotes free professional qualification course in ceramic laying for women

Last Tuesday (5), we started “Revestindo Sonhos”, a social project in partnership with the National Industrial Learning Service – SENAI of Maracanaú and the Women of Brazil Group. With the motto “A woman's place is wherever she wants”, the program is aimed at professional qualification in ceramic settlement for women from communities surrounding our industrial park.

“Our objective is to increase the percentage of women’s participation in the civil construction segment, contributing to an increase in family income and bringing Cerbras even closer to the families of its employees”, highlighted Ticiana Mota, our administrative and environmental vice-president.

In total, 20 places were offered for the six-week course and the students were chosen through a selection process. Professional training includes theoretical and practical classes held at SENAI in Maracanaú, and participants receive benefits such as a school kit, basic food basket, settlement kit, transportation assistance, food and stipend. We inform you that due to the high demand for registrants there will be other classes later.
