Cerbras is honored by the Legislative Assembly for its 35 years of operation in Ceará

Cerbras, a reference industry in Ceará in the production of ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles, has been expanding its presence in the international market with a robust export operation. Currently, the factory's products reach 33 countries, using carefully planned logistics that guarantee efficiency and safety until their final destination. The highlight goes to the United States, the company's main market, followed by the Dominican Republic.

According to Mariana Mota, commercial and industrial vice-president, exports are the result of a continuous effort to improve at all stages of the process. "We work with rigorous production and logistics planning to ensure that our products reach customers with the same quality we have in Brazil. This involves careful finishing, sophisticated design and respect for delivery times", he highlights.

In the first half of 2025, Ceará recorded an 82% growth in exports, as shown in the Ceará em Comex study, prepared by the FIEC International Business Center (CIN). Cerbras is part of this movement, contributing with a competitive portfolio that responds to the specific demands of each market.

"To the United States alone, we exported more than 500 thousand m² of products in 2024. It is a demanding market, which values our capacity for innovation and the standard of excellence of our coatings. The Dominican Republic imported more than 400 thousand m², consolidating itself as our second largest destination", explains Mariana Mota.

The company mainly uses the Port of Pecém for its exports, but also ships through the Port of Mucuripe, according to the best logistics strategy for each country. The mix of products sent abroad is varied, but some models stand out in terms of volume due to high international acceptance, as is the case with Manaus Bege ceramics, highly sought after in the Caribbean.

Another recent milestone was the first export to Cuba, a feat that symbolizes the factory's presence in new territories. In addition to consolidating the markets already served, Cerbras is planning new flights. Among the objectives is entry into Latin American countries where the brand is not yet present, such as Uruguay and Paraguay. “Our plan is to continue, expanding commercial connections, taking the strength of Ceará’s industry to the world”, he concludes.
