For the first time in Ceará, ABRHCE (Brazilian Association of Human Resources of Ceará) held the Ser Humano Award, an event that recognizes and highlights the best practices aimed at developing human capital at state level, selecting the first two places in each category to compete for the national award in October.
Cerbras was classified as a finalist in the 3 categories* in which it competed, winning 1st place in Development with the Crescer Cerbras case, which describes our promotion policies, career paths and other related aspects.
